Supreme Court lawyer, graduated from the University of Bologna in 1998, offering legal advice in the commercial and financial sectors. Has gained experience in debt collection and contract law.

Main areas of practice:- civil law, with particular focus on family law, inheritance law, banking law, credit protection, personal injury, as well as inheritance and bankruptcy receiverships.- criminal law, with particular focus on tax offences.

Member of the Executive Board of the National Observatory on the Use of ADR Instruments, member of the European Arbitration Court and author of numerous legal publications.

Civil and commercial mediator pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010 and, in this capacity, member of the Board of Directors of Cima, a cooperative company for mediation and arbitration based in Cesena.

Accredited trainer by the Ministry of Justice in the field of mediation.

Expert in assisted negotiation pursuant to Decree-Law 132/2014, converted into Law 162/2014.

Lecturer in legal subjects at the Arturo Carlo Jemolo Institute of Legal Studies of Lazio and Adjunct Professor at UniTreEdu University in Milan.

Former credit broker pursuant to Article 16 of Law No. 108 of 7 March 1996, registered with the Ufficio Italiano Cambi (U.I.C.), carrying out professional activities with particular focus on banking transactions, credit mediation with banking institutions and credit protection, applying the anti-usury regulations set out in Law No. 108/1996.
