OPTIONAL NATURE, REFUSAL, CONSEQUENCES: the personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of providing information and conducting their professional activities. Users are free to provide the personal data requested for the provision of the online services offered by this site; failure to provide such data may make it impossible to fulfill the request.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Browsing data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters regarding the user's operating system and computing environment. Such data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on service usage and checking the proper functioning of the services offered. Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after aggregation (except where required for the investigation of crimes by judicial authorities).

Data provided by the user: the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller's contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms on the site (e.g., comments), entails the acquisition of the sender's contact details—necessary to provide a response—and any other personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems: no cookies are used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods employed. Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for secure and efficient site navigation. The storage of session cookies on devices or in browsers is under the user's control; however, on the servers, following the end of HTTP sessions, information regarding cookies remains recorded in service logs, with a retention period not exceeding seven days, consistent with other browsing data.

The recipients of the data collected following the consultation of this site are the Data Controller's staff and personnel—parties acting based on specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller—in the cases provided for by law—access to their personal data, the rectification or erasure thereof, the restriction of processing concerning them, or the right to object to such processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR). RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this site violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or to seek judicial remedy (Article 79 of theGDPR).
