Mediation

Enrico Sirotti Gaudenzi is a civil and commercial mediator under Legislative Decree 28/2010, a Ministry of Justice-accredited trainer in the field of mediation, and a member of the Scientific Committee of the National Institute for Continuing Education.

He is an expert in assisted negotiationpursuant to Decree-Law 132/2014 (converted into Law 162/2014) and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, with a particular focus on disputes involving banking institutions.

He has served as an instructor for courses, conferences, and seminars aimed at promoting the culture of ADR.

A board member of the National Observatory on the Use of ADR Systems, a Rome-based research center for social innovation, he frequently speaks on current affairs and legal topics.
